Broth or vegetable soup, local pasta specialties, white yogurt.
Second: specialties of meat and fish served with a warm side dish, mixed cold dish (dried beef, carpaccio, ham and melon salad, bacon and taleggio cheese, etc.), Omelette, mixed cheeses.)
